I can't remember the number of times I am asked for custom exports of data out of people's Lotus Notes/Domino address books, OK they can build a new view, use the built in search, export etc. but these are HR people, non techiess etc..

Built a simple Excel spreadsheet (download below) which takes all people from a NAB and pulls them into Excel (assuming you don't have more than about 65500 people in there). Fields to be extracted are taken from the field names entered by the user in Excel and once the data is there you can auto-filter it, sort it etc. as needed.

Just amend the server name and NAB filename in the cells, amend or add any extra fields required in the grey heading area in row 4 and press the button to get the data from the NAB.
