We offer remote and onsite Support Contracts, typically on a pre-paid
basis purchasing units quarterly or annually to cover remote support calls and/or onsite support
or if preferred you can 'pay as you go' buying units as you use the
service. In this way you just pay for what you use and any unused
units can be carried over to a second year if you renew the contract.
Alternatively support can be purchased be billed on an adhoc basis.
Based to the West of Birmingham we offer cover mainly around the Midlands for Lotus Notes/Domino
servers, clients, and applications (such as those written by yourselves) together with
general Microsoft Windows based
servers, networks, and client PC systems but can provide remote and onsite
