We offer remote and onsite Support Contracts, typically on a pre-paid basis purchasing units quarterly or annually to cover remote support calls and/or onsite support or if preferred you can 'pay as you go' buying units as you use the service.  In this way you just pay for what you use and any already purchased unused units are carried over to a second year if you renew the contract.  Bronze Support starts from £75/month covering telephone and email support, and support units cost £5 each.  Purchasing 200 units credits your account with 20 units free of charge.
